Park by the bridge at 34.239533,-83.179142 and reverse paddle up the Hudson River. Good woods for free-hiking on the right bank. Very quiet. You’ll want to hit this one after a hard rain when the water level is high enough to paddle. From the bridge where you park, the drop off is steep. Instead of slogging the kayak down there, veer off into the woods where the incline is not so bad. At the bottom just downstream from the bridge is a small rock shoal where you can slide in.
